Es125 Platform Terms & Conditions
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the es125 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read the entire document carefully before using any of the services we offer.

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the es125 platform on the website es125.net, you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions set out in this document. This acceptance takes effect as soon as you complete account registration or use any service provided by es125, even without completing full account registration.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. es125 reserves the right to amend, add, or remove any part of this document at any time, and your continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms apply only to users aged 18 and above. Users who have not reached this age are not permitted to use the es125 platform in any capacity.
2. Account Creation and User Responsibilities
To access the full range of services on es125, you are required to register an account with accurate, complete, and current information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. es125 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
Users are required to provide valid proof of identity upon request, including during the identity verification (KYC) process for withdrawal purposes. Failure to provide the necessary documents may result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is complete.
- Providing accurate and up-to-date registration information at all times.
- Not using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law.
- Not using automation software, bots, or other technical means to manipulate games or platform systems.
- Notify es125 immediately if there is any unauthorised access to your account.
- Complying with all game rules set for each game category on the platform.
3. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the es125 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include FPX online banking, Touch ‘N Go eWallet, and DuitNow QR. es125 does not process foreign currency transactions directly, and any currency conversion is the user's responsibility.
Deposits are usually credited to your account promptly, depending on the payment method used. For withdrawals, es125 will process requests within a reasonable timeframe once all verification requirements have been met. es125 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal that exceeds a specified limit.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account or e-wallet details provided for withdrawal purposes are accurate. es125 is not liable for any delays or failed withdrawals resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user.
Es125 reserves the right to decline, suspend, or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms. In such cases, the relevant funds may be held while an investigation is carried out.
4. Account Suspension and Closure Policy
Es125 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions. This includes but is not limited to:
- Registering multiple accounts by the same individual.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
- Fraud, system manipulation, or attempts to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
- Misusing promotions or bonuses in a manner inconsistent with the conditions of the offer.
- Behaviour that disrupts or threatens other users or es125 staff.
- Any activity suspected to involve money laundering or the financing of illegal operations.
Where an account is closed due to a violation, es125 is not obligated to return any remaining account balance if fraud or platform abuse has been confirmed. For account closures requested by the user, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all requirements have been met.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Es125 provides its online gaming and entertainment platform on an "as is" basis, with no guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions or errors at all times. es125 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses resulting from game outcomes, technical disruptions, or unauthorised access to accounts.
Users acknowledge that online gaming involves financial risk and that all betting decisions are entirely their own personal responsibility. es125 makes no guarantees regarding game outcomes or financial returns.
Intellectual Property
All content on the es125 platform, including logos, interface design, text, graphics, icons, and software, is the property of es125 or parties that have licensed it to es125. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from es125.
Third-Party Links
The es125 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. es125 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Users who access external links do so at their own risk.
6. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law

Es125 reserves the right to modify, add to, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page with a clearly stated update date. Users are encouraged to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be taken as the user's acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the es125 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any legal action or proceedings relating to these terms shall be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia, and both parties hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such court.
